What does course pre-registration mean?
When you pre-register for a course, your name is added to a waitlist. The course is not confirmed to run until we have reached our minimum registration requirements. During the pre-registration stage, a payment is not required. Once we have met our minimum capacity requirement, we will contact you via email to begin the registration process.
What happens if a course I pre-registered for is not confirmed to proceed?
If we have not sent a course confirmation within a week of the published start date, this means the course will be rescheduled to a later date. During this time, we will keep you informed of any scheduling updates, and may also communicate other available options such as other locations that are accepting registrations.
Can I request a course if I don’t see one that suits my schedule?
Contact Us to request courses at any time. We will try to accommodate your request by making the course available for pre-registration, however IBI Group Training and Operations reserves the right to ensure the minimum requirements are met before course confirmation.
Do the listed course fees include tax?
All course fees noted on the website are inclusive of 13% tax. If you are paying by invoice, the registration form will include the base course fee, and the additional 13% tax, separately.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Once a course is confirmed, you will be able to complete your registration by paying online, or selecting an invoice option.
What if I can't attend a training session?
Registered courses are non-refundable, however course registrations are transferrable and we can also offer a full credit for a future session.
Is it possible for IBI Group Training to deliver training on-site at our location?
Absolutely! On-site training is an excellent way to save time, travel expenses and coordination. We offer you the freedom of selecting the courses you like, the date you prefer, and even the start time for your training. Visit On-Site Training for more information.
When will I receive my certificate?
Once you have completed and passed the course and we have received payment, we will email you a copy of your certificate and a payment receipt.
