Carla works as a key business liaison with regional municipalities and their operators. Her current projects include managing course development, recruitment of key training staff, and development and production of training materials. Carla provides day-to-day support to administrative team members, and manages accounts, inventory, purchasing, sales, marketing, and logistics of on-site training initiatives.
Lucy assists in the day-to-day operations of the training and operations team, providing valuable administrative support. Lucy serves as the point person for our clients in the areas of accounts receivable, print production of course materials, and overall customer service.
